To target moms in social media, we resurrected Elsie the Cow, the longtime “spokesperson” for Borden Milk. The posters you see here were taken from some of her fans favorite Facebook posts. These and other “Elsie-isms” were used to illustrate her contemporary new voice, sense of humor and philosophies on motherhood, child-rearing and health. In the first five months, her fan base grew from 3,000 to over 60,000.
