Took advantage of a terrible economy by founding and managing a national network of 75+ elite freelancers with appearances in Cannes, One Show, Communication Arts or D&AD. Simultaneously freelanced both remotely and onsite for such agencies as Crispin, Porter + Bogusky, BBDO (NY, Minneapolis & Chicago), CO: Collective NY, Fascinate Inc/Sally Hogshead Media, Barrie D’Rozario Murphy (Minneapolis), Olson, Publicis, Slingshot and others.

’96 to ’08 | DDB Dallas | Copywriter to Group Creative Director
Worked for a variety of exceptional ECDs, including David Fowler, Jim Ferguson, Steve Basset, Carl Warner, Steve Sweitzer and Craig Cooper. Became ACD in ’02, CD in ’05 and GCD in ’07 leading an overall team of 27 while performing day-to-day writer/CD duties over a core team of eight. Clients included McIlhenny, Susan G Komen, 7-11, Pizza Hut, Omni Hotels, Del Monte, Ingersoll Rand, Texas Lottery, NHL All-stars, Dean Foods, EPA, Hampton Hotels and others.
